So turns out I had severe obstructive sleep apnea the entire last 3-4 years (49.7 AHI) 😳 In full transparency, I marked away feeling extremely groggy/hazy/tired everyday as founder depression, but finished my 1st night w/ a CPAP machine and feel like a brand new person!!
