— please keep in mind i’m not an expert and these are PERSONALLY what worked for ME. i also restricted the amount i ate in a day and drank a lot of water. i exercised around almost everyday, mostly in the afternoon and before bed.

how do they work?
— the more and stronger you believe, the more it’s working. for example, instead of affirming “i’m GONNA have my results,” in future tense, use present tense: “i ALREADY have my results.”
what are subliminals?
— subliminals are hidden affirmations layered underneath music or sounds -such as raindrops- which go past your conscious mind and goes straight to your subconscious one.
can yall recommend workouts that are not rlly tiring but burn lots of calories ?? my body gets tired easily and i haven't dont proper workout in a month now 😭😭

how to boost results?
— use boosters, hydrate (important!), take breaks between subliminals; overstimulating the subconscious can cause headaches and dizziness for some. repeat affirmations in your conscious mind.
