Appearance can go a long way in promoting segregation. If in my sec sch, half of the sch dressed up like me n half didn't, I will relate better with the half that resembles me

More specifically, I will be teaching young Nigerian girls how to make their own reusable and biodegradable sanitary pads to improve their menstrual hygiene, increase their school attendance rate, boost their self-esteem and protect our climate.

@trihealthon and I recently launched a #COVID ー19 rapid response community project called #Ekitaboho which involves us distributing food as palliative to vulnerable populations in Nigeria like the sick, elderly, orphans, pregnant/lactating mothers and mentally unstable people.

Knowing that 2 in every 3 African girls cannot afford sanitary products bothers me greatly. This is why the @trihealthon team and I are working so hard to make sure every girl in Africa has a #periodtoremember

Also, I can't wait to be at the Contemplative Science Centre, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, USA this June for the Dalai Lama Fellow's Global Assembly. Meeting with 24 other fellows and learning from their various truths will surely be the highlight of the event.
