I'm sick of politicians-- both Ds & Rs-- calling for bans. Here's a thought- when faced with a problem, ask first if MORE freedom is the solution. And please stop proposing less freedom as the answer to every problem. It isn't.

No verdict after three days of deliberation in the Harvey Weinstein case obviously indicates that this is no slam-dunk for the prosecution. He could walk. Or they could be hung. We'll see.

@willchamberlain When grand juries don’t indict, it’s bc the attorneys presenting the case to them didn’t want an indictment.
