Selling $1M+ in 30 days with one of my eCommerce stores just turned from dream to reality. Through countless obstacles & failures, I've never lost my persistence & vision. Endless work, day & night. No interruption. All worth it. Here's some advice. 👇🏻

You can all see it... Extremely successful people are either very awkward, have super weird behavior, or rarely fit in anywhere. They're a genius in their field but lack massively in other areas, and... It's starting to make sense. A person is "normal" when they are balanced.

💡 Dropshipping tips: • only test new products (I mean it) • start abandoned checkout e-mails after you hit ~500/day profitably • pay 3-5 influencers when you hit $2-3K/day, ask them for videos AND pictures • add the new content to your website • test 4-6 new ads ~weekly

🗺️ eCommerce roadmap 1. Learn dropshipping 2. Create 2-3 profitable stores 3. Brand them, run long-term 4. Make at least a few hundred thousand dollars in profit 5. Use the profits a real brand (product made by you) in a niche you're passionate about 6. Keep funneling

🤦🏻‍♂️ Don't give in to the copy-paste dropshipper mindset. Let me give you a marketing masterclass, here, in a Tweet. All these losers do is steal ads or run the exact same idea as their competitor. And then they wonder why they're unprofitable. Or why they can't replicate

My dropshipping workflow takes... • 1-2 hours per day for 2-3 days to pick a product that's very likely to sell • 1-2 hours to build a website (I usually have one already) • 1 hour to create the ads That's it. That's how much time it takes to potentially change your life.

To write multi-million-dollar VSLs, use this structure: (bookmark & make this your bible if you're a marketer) 1. Present the problem (call out your audience by clearly talking about the problem you plan to fix) 2. Exaggerate the problem & create rapport (make people relate)

Stay safe this Q4 if you run Facebook ads: - have 2+ business managers - have 3+ aged USA reinstated profiles - warm up pages for each store - continuously run engagement ads - when your ads get rejected, publish 5-10 page likes ad sets (turned off) - buy feedback score

If you make short-form Facebook ads (5-25 sec.)... It's extremely important to: 1. Act like you're the person in the video 😉 and... 2. Be natural, not salesy, like you're just trying out the product. 3. Emphasize the main benefit QUICKLY but... 4. Have an exaggerated reaction

Well played by Facebook. Most won't buy an ad-free subscription, so they'll be forced to allow Facebook to use their data (like before iOS 14) to get personalized ads. Smart move. This is only in Europe, I wonder if they'll do it to USA after getting some statistical data.

I'm grateful for a massive year of progress, with my girl & dog. Won't get drunk to celebrate. I prefer staying lucid & aware. Why blur moments I'm happy for? Wish you all the best. Stay focused.

Shopify's rushing their one-page checkout for Q4. They tested it on smaller stores until now and it's been glitchy. People have been losing money - from what I've seen. I'd rather they waited until next year. Hope they don't fuck it up. 🤷🏻‍♂️
