Massive Congratulations to Donal Gormley, who today completed the Ironman Copenhagen event. Donal had a fantastic race to complete the 3.8km swim in 1:32:27, then finished the 180km cycle in 6:28:57 & the 42km Marathon run in 5:18:03 for a total finish time of 13:33:53
