Winning in college baseball is hard.
People don't realize how hard it is. Doesn’t matter the division. Let it be hard. Look at it as a good thing - that it's hard and be tougher than other people. Toughness wins in college baseball.
I am super pumped to be on this journey with our team. The climb to 28! The 2nd half of the journey begins today. We train for the four seasons. “The strength of the pack is the wolf and the strength of the wolf is the pack”.
Play with a chip on your shoulder. Play with desperation. Play to prove something. Play like it is going to be taken away from you. Because in a blink of an eye it will be gone!
Baseball is a game that's going to test you repeatedly. It's going to find your weaknesses and vulnerabilities and force you to adjust. That test, in the big picture, is a really good thing because it shows you where you need to improve. Then you go to work!
To all players. Study the MLB playoffs. The little things inside the game is what wins. The game will teach you everything you need to know if you pay attention.

Adjustability in your swing is a must in higher levels of baseball. There is no perfect swing. Haveing the ability to adapt your swing to different pitches is a game changer.
