CM_Rat v2.7 PoE Universal Carrier Board - Avaliable soon in barebones and full node options. Multiple CM support including RPi and Radxa Processors. Open Source Hardware.
Bitaxe with added barrel jack and running on a 5v 4a standard plug. Let’s see how she does over the next 24-48 hrs. Bullish on decentralised solo mining.
Bitaxe running. Really like this ultra version and AxeOS cgminer on v2.04 just keeps getting better and feels more polished. Production soon 🔥

Price will come down. Also home mining at mass where no one is doing it for profit, but more to try decentralisate hashrate is a big thing. Many would argue we won’t ever get there, but this is a step in the right direction. Your missing the point. The ROI is not mined btc

Made some BitAxe samples to play around with. Testing soon. Well done to
@skot9000
for making open source mining hardware. Major ASIC manufacturers use closed source firmware btw so despite these being hobby/pleb miners it’s still a step in the right direction 💪

NVMe Support, POE or Barrel Jack (can power fully over POE LAN), 2x Fan (12v and 5v), Fan controller, LCD Screen Support and On/Off Switch and LED's via separate Modules.
Gotta get inital CmRat and Bitaxe Ultra testing finished so we can go into final beta stage before release. About half way through and will finish mid-week. After that can finally get samples out 🔥
CNC machined metal samples of the slim node case. This will give a very close example to what the finished die cast aluminium slim case will look and feel like. Very professional product and finish hopefully 💪Full case coming later on as this shit ain't cheap 🤪
PiRat samples finished and shipping to me. Some initial quick testing with me and
@AaronDewes
then will be sending out to bitcoiners for beta testing before final launch. Plus massive CPU announcement soon, working with an amazing factory for rapid CM manufacturing. No shortages!
PCB beta samples nearly ready. Will be shipping soon. If your interested in a free sample and can provide some honest feedback after testing you can have one for free. You will be required to provide your own raspberry pie CM4 8gb, or the soquartz pine 8gb, along with….
@runcitadel
-Small footprint design and can work solely off POE
-Full node versions we have partnered with
@theradxa
and will ship with 8gb CM3 and a 2TB nvme and heatsink/fan and full injection moulded case
-Will be cheaper than any other full node on the market by miles
More case renders and finalising colours for the 'lite' node version.
@Printer_Gobrrr
waiting for transparent versions to come across as well to see how they look 😎
100% synced over new Citadel version running on soquartz pine 8GB and our Pi(n)eRat PCB over POE. It actually finished yesterday so been about 4 days in total. Not sure how that compares to a Pie4 over TOR as not synced on a Pie for at least 1 year+?
@laligafrauds
@eurofootcom
Wouldn’t it be interesting if there was some type of argument and scuffle over a decision between both teams, maybe over a red card or something. Imagine Messi got grabbed or pushed. Legally can this guy come on the pitch and get involved? Would be an odd situation
Slim Node Case which will be a ‘lite’ option without LCD screen or power switch. Low footprint and powered by POE so no messy cables. Not sure if to do this in plastic or metal finishes…
Logo print done. Fitting done. Looking pretty neat now. Fitting seems on point. Need to do some testing and finalise pricing before sending case order into production…💪
New frontend GUI in dev now for
@runcitadel
Thank you to

Will make Citadel completely Independent of Umbrel, and more importantly, completely FOSS without shady licenses. Thanks

Good thread. A lot of people can’t take these hard truths. I didn’t think it was bias. Just pointing out what’s going on around us that many can’t cope with…followed
@levelsio
I would make something (because if it goes wrong you get potential headache either way) but try do better than 15%. Broker websites (Empire flippers for example) start at 15% and lower the rate down on 1mil+ businesses
Assembled, built and powered over POE. Running
@runcitadel
, soon full screen support from
@AaronDewes
. Lite Node case version next which will me a much slimmer footprint as it won’t have a screen, etc
@ModernYoda
@BowTiedUM
Easiest way to achieve I can think. Eat last meal in the evening, say 8pm, and then goto bed. Wake up next day and don’t eat all day. Black coffee and BCAA’s (if allowed?) Goto sleep in the evening, that’s now 24hrs. Wake up in the AM the next day and you can eat (36hrs passed)
1) Just to provide a short update for followers and potential followers, we are currently working with
@Mirek34416541
to bring the BitPieRat PCB to life. Anyone disappointed that the PieRat never got released please follow us and our work.
How the BitPi(ne)Rat looks rendered with components attached to make up the Slim Version - Showing Raspberry Pie CM4 8gb here (but soquartz pine 8gb is supported), nVME ssd, POE module. Heatsink Fan and Case to come....
I will update pinned post soon just been busy grafting but basically simple:
-Carrier board supports multiple CM’s such as Raspberry, Radxa, Pine, Milk-V
-Fully FOSS project no bullshit. Schematics etc will be on git
-Partnered with
@runcitadel
but can run anything really

Wait to you see our fully assembled BitAxe price then that chart is gonna change. Wait till you see what

has in offer on future versions. Bitaxe will be top of that by miles soon I’m confident on it - things are only just getting started…
@Bolster_15
If you can come on the telegram Chat you can download
@runcitadel
now as
@AaronDewes
has built a new version which is working now on the board 🔥
Some full node case examples of what the finished product could be like. Not sure so sure of the logo, think it's a bit big. What do you think about the logo placement and size?
@DD_Geopolitics
NK only functions because of CN. I wouldnt be suprised if all their military tech & weapons is overseen by China and actually this is a way for China to test their military tech whilst trying to portray neutrality. China did meet Russia before NK
@DanCollins2011
any thoughts?
@thefuzzstone
Binance is a scam exchange and always has been rugging users and promoting shitcoins. What can you expect? Hopefully only btc/xmr on p2p markets. No one will be interested in that futures price as you can withdraw it. Hopefully it will get delisted on low volume
Silver Version. Both have Orange bases and are very heavy. Will try launch with a few colours. Liking both Silver and Grey to be honest. Probably Grey if I had to pick a favourite.
@MolonLabeVC
After bitaxe standard settles and bitaxe hex is released, I will concentrate on an immersion specific version and see how far it can be pushed. This above is great works and shows what’s possible. Not the most energy efficient but at this scale doesn’t really matter does it?

Tester on this. 25rmb. Noctura is 100rmb so be good to get something in between. Yes I know the wires are too thin it was a test. Will test on a barrell connector next week with a 5v reliable dc adapter. Fan research is very important if we want plebs to run 24/7 365

have you seen the actual questions and requirements on these forms? It appears to be more than just an ‘energy survey’ in the interest of utility companies.
@keegreil

@hashoveride
Again it’s not really to mine and make p profit. Think of it to contribution to the network, like running a node. Decentralisation of hash rate. Better signal. Protecting your investment (btc) for NGU technology, not $hash reward…
@BitcoinFreedomS
@hashoveride
Exactly. More node count and miner count only increases strength and network signal = higher price anyway. People don’t get it…..till they do. Stop thinking $hash profit
Case revised with correct updated 2.4 PCB to support POE and revised placement of network and power jack. 3D printed sample soon. Stylus for touchscreen 3.5" LCD will move to vertical position next. Then 3D Print sample....
3D Printed Case Sample testing for fitting before injection moulded version is produced......Fit is well. Ignore the wire on the back of the PCB, originally for changing the FAN voltage but has been changed on latest PCB version. Looks quite slick in black

Great podcast this was. One of the best i've listened to for a while. Good to see people on the same wavelength getting the importance of decentralised home mining when its mining not for profit but for the benefit and strength of the network 🔥🔥🔥
