Birthday tomorrow so had the day off work today and I tried to lift heavy things again. I would say a minor success as I dif it but the weights had to be reduced as its been 2 weeks since my last weights session. Hopefully find my vim again for lifting heavy soon!

Another great Zumba class done! Always great fun and a brilliant way to get cardio in if you hate running. But also I haven't lifted heavy in a week and a bit... just lost all motivation for the weights recently. But ITS ONLY 3 DAYS UNTIL MY BIRTHDAY! 🎈🎈
