Why these buffs are cute, but not great: - Q ratio helps waveclear (1hp caster minions) + spammable spell so the 5% can add up - W CD makes melee matchups even easier Problem: Mid meta is ranged mages/adcs, making W CD irrelevant. Liss‘ fundamental issues remain unaddressed
