Well that was unexpected! USN Ohio class submarine (unconfirmed but likely to be USS Alaska) performs a boat transfer is Gibraltar waters.

Russian Navy Kilo Class (could be Rostov on Don (B237)) transiting the Strait of Gibraltar just now into the Med. Subject of a lot of attention of USN P8 aircraft over the last week.

Some really stupid shenanigans by P46 Furor this morning. This is the nearest I've seen an OPV to our shores and some dangerous manoeuvres thrown in! BZ to the

How to hide a boomer submarine? Place some containers on a Mexefloat in front of it! Exact purpose of the containers is unknown but could be to protect against side attack or prevent readings being taken of the silo area.

Gibraltar marks the death of HM Queen Elizabeth II.
The Royal Gibraltar Regiment this afternoon marked the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II with a 96 round gun salute fired from HM Naval Base Gibraltar.
Do you just love how infantile the Spanish Navy is? After having

ships in Spanish ports all week they still feel the need to exercise their "Macho iberico" by sailing in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters with a non-standard flag. Atalaya (P74) shadowed by

Couple of B52 from Barksdale on a global projection mission to the Persian Gulf, transited the Strait of Gibraltar on the way home. A 35 hour mission!

Something's up? RM ORCS on Exercise with Gib RN Squadron is very unusual as we don't have ORCS based in Gib. And of course the Ex was interrupted by Spanish Guardia Civil vessel which had to be chased off!

If I ever see a twat wrapped up in a Spanish flag at the top of the Rock saying Gibraltar Espaรฑol I am going to floor them, with no remorse and happy to serve time for it. Had enough of this racist shit.
Never have I been so humbled by another human being.

dragged himself for 8.5 hours over a distance of 1.4km, elevation of 239m and over 650 steps. He certainly proves that nothing is impossible!
No Llanitos complain when they drive to Portugal from Spain (without a frontier control) about security concerns and yet all of a sudden everyone in Gib is a security expert!
Sitting in a Jewish cafe, opposite a church of England chapel, listening to two Moroccan ladies conversing outside the other window, watching Hindus and tourists walking by. This is Gibraltarโs tolerance and coexistence exemplified.
God save the King!
Following the reading of the Royal proclamation at Gibraltar on the accession of King Charles III to the throne, the Royal Gibraltar Regiment fired a 21 gun salute above the City of Gibraltar.

Following a lay-over at Gibraltar, HMS Diamond has rearmed her Sea Ceptor anti-air missiles, refuelled, restocked and this morning heads out to sea again.ย She is expected to be deployed back in the Red Sea to protect shipping from Houthi attacks.
