Mon: Lower body- glutes
Tues: Upper body- arms + back
Wed: Lower body- quads + hamstrings
Thurs: Upper body- arms + back
Fri: Lower body- glutes
Sat: Upper body- core, but also could be a rest day depending on how I feel
Sun: Lower body- quads+hamstring

nothing changes, if nothing changes, so if you’re laying in bed and scrolling instead of doing something productive don’t feel bad about yourself when you see other ppl achieving your goals
