So, if any of you have same symptoms, please do check ur vitamin D levels and if low rectify it. If vitamin D levels are normal, then you can next go for serum TSH levels, as hypothyroidism can also have similar presentations.

Sulbactam apart from being inhibitor of beta lactamase, binds to transpeptidase and has antibacterial effect on its own. Thus its used for treatment of acinetobacter. However its not effective in carbapenamase producing strains. So durlobactam is combined to block carbapenamse.

INICET isnt the finish line for many! For many NEETPG is the finish line and INICET just happens to be a brief stop before that. Not faring well in INICET is no mark of incompetency. Mind it, you are at your level best only after 2-3 revisions.
