Didn’t think I’d lose my hair this time around with chemo, but it was falling out in clumps so it had to go. My kids weren’t quite old enough to remember the first time I was bald 6 yrs ago so they wanted to help this time. This will likely be a permanent look for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not the news I was hoping for. The cancer is spreadIng in my liver and has now spread to the lining of my lungs. Have to get my port back in to start IV chemo once again. They’re not messing around, started treatment today. At least my hair won’t fall out this time. Bonus!

Prayers appreciated! Had a few good days after recovering from my latest chemo treatment, but back in the hospital for 5 days now waiting for answers, trying to get the pain under control, and figure out next course of treatment, if any. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

Well my most recent scans were not good…at all. The tumors in my liver have doubled in size. It has spread to my lungs and my lungs are filling with fluid which would explain why I’ve been having a hard time breathing. The cancer has also spread to my pelvis which I suppose

Today was supposed to be chemo, oncology doc appointment, pain management doc appointment, and labs BUT this morning I tested positive for Covid so everything is on hold. Kinda scary when I don’t have an immune system to fight it. Lots of rest and cat cuddles for now. 🦠😕
