Grassroots PSA: Playing time is important. If you're team has 2 GKs...DONT just leave them to play 50/50 of the game each, they'll only play half of the season!!! Get the "spare" GK playing outfield & trying new positions! The results aren't important but their development is!

If you’re injured, you’d see a physio 🤕 It’s taken me far too long to appreciate that mindset is arguably the most important and neglected aspect of goalkeeping! Investing the time into training this has changed my outlook on football entirely in such a short space of time!

I don’t think the scoreline really reflects the performance today🏆 In at HT 1-1 with a Tier 2 team, their experience and level shone through in the end with some very clinical finishes 🥅 + @GraceJenman1 pulling off worldies for fun 🤩🧤⚽️

Why do some outfield players hammer goalkeepers for mistakes? Shouting at them isn’t going to make them play any better? When the shoes on the other foot and a goalkeeper bails them out, no one ever seems to go after them? Such a double standard!
