- firstly no matter how much you exercise you can’t outdo a bad diet/constantly binging. and TRUST me I know you’re probably reading this and like imma start next week but just give yourself the best so you can be the best
SUMMARY!!
please please please and I mean please don’t make the mistake I did wasting hours walking on treadmills to burn cals and end up binging. just don’t eat the unnecessary cals and stay in your deficit with high amounts of protein —> pt2
if you want more of that slim typical edtwt body I recommend eating in a calorie deficit (if you need help finding yours my dms are open) and start pilates 20 mins 3/4 times and week with hitting your steps and the food you eat should be 40% protein
and do exercise you rather enjoy than burning cals because regardless you’re gonna burn them by 1 simply not eating them and two with the exercise you love! remember diet is 80% exercise is only like 20!!!
if you want more of that lean slightly muscular but not like MUSCULAR physique then you should really prioritize your protein like 60-70% and start strength training or calisthenics
- EXERCISE
when you do exercise I know its gonna be hard not to think like this, but don’t burn cals to eat more burn those cals to aid you!
and the type of exercise you do is solely dependent on what kind of body you want to have!
