if i’m tempted to eat, i think about how that’ll set me back further from my ugw and only disappoint me later on. it’s just temporary satisfaction, but the permanent satisfaction that’ll come with a perfect body feels 10x better
fasting:
i had to fast daily. i could be fasting for 26-28 hours & right when i break it, depending on how many cals i broke it with, that would make my fast after, longer. a majority of the time i was fasting 48-72 hours.
intake:
my “daily” intake was 200-500. if i had fasted two or three days prior i would break it with 500 cals if i had only fasted a day or a few hours longer than that, i would break it with 200 (maybe 250-300) cals.
