I agree this left a lot of room to be misquoted, but they're not talking abt the existing citizens of the country, but mainly refugees/illegal immigrants from countries like Bangladesh/Rohingyas. Muslims/Christians have countries to go, Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs have only India

@awwwnchal @AdvanceDexter The problem is not the expectation of a discount. But the fact that she didn't request for it. She took it for granted. "Let me know the discounted price" before she even mentioned a line about how she could add value. That reeks of entitlement
