I think it's pretty telling that in the 2019 edition of "Hitlers War" David Irving is still falsely asserting that Himmlers Nov 30th directive was an order originating from Hitler. He *knows* Himmlers directive was sent at 1:30 p.m. and Himmler met with Hitler at 2:30 p.m.

You're lying about Irving's "challenge". Irving's "challenge" was for someone to produce documentary evidence of Hitler's knowledge. If one reads Irving's publications they're littered with evidence of the Holocaust. Despite his Holocaust denial. Although, one is manipulated.

He challenged anyone to provide one and no one ever did. The Holocaust is the only event so unquestionably true that it's illegal to question it.

Today I finished @KenBurns “The U.S. and the Holocaust”. What I expected to be a largely condemnatory documentary series turned out to be a fairly balanced documentary on American successes and failings during the Holocaust. It’s definitely earned my recommendation.
