Hungary doesn't impose taxes on crypto-to-crypto transactions. Swapping ETH for USDC is not taxable. Swapping ETH for fiat *is* taxable. You deposit fiat to an exchange, play around, and pay a flat tax on the profits you withdraw. More countries should do the same.
