6 months ago this was my view, in a psychiatric hospital in York with PTSD and OCD due to witnessing my fathers suicide, tomorrow I have my first conference at work actually doing a presentation on mental health, proud of my journey, recovery is out there people ❤️💪

5 months ago I was in a mental health hospital after witnessing my fathers suicide and today I secured my dream job after a very rigorous interview process, couldn’t be happier, recovery is out there folks, love yourself first and the rest follows ☺️

Just been called a ‘cry baby’ for talking about men’s mental health, if ever a phrase summed up why so many men don’t want to talk about it and how it is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45. I’ll never be ashamed to talk about it having lost a dad to suicide, speak up!

Don’t care what anyone says football is absolutely fantastic for mental health, just after I lost my dad football was one of my only outlets, nothing beats that feeling of match day, win or lose its just a buzz you cant beat, even if it’s a rollercoaster with Pools
