I changed from yellow skin to white skin to pink skin to reddish skin..it's all about cutting out curry, spices, not doing Indian overcooking, no sugar r*pe..But people are more interested in announcing me non-Indian, Pashtun r*pe baby, Turkic r*pe baby than listen to my advice..

poverty, unhygienic conditions, lack of toilets, sewage & treatment systems, tropical diseases are collectively not a secular problem but a spiritual one.We are poor, dirty, diseased cuz we are afflicted with demons. India has been demon infested for a few thousand years now

Typical South Indian breakfast. Where is the Protein in this? Where is the healthy Fat in this? Please don't say urad dal in Idli/Vada or dal in a bit of sambhar is protein. Not trying to demean anyone, but it's important to know things & make changes accordingly.

Prabhas had bad/no Post Cycle Therapy post Bahubali. This led to dark circles, eye bags & excessive scleral show.(too much whites of the eye showing).Also led to naso labial folds.All the men below, other than Prabhas is 43, are 50+ & one even 56 in the pic.Below is the standard.
