@archi_tradition Genoa. Most people hit Genoa & head straight to the Cinque Terre, Portofino or the Riviera. But spend a few days in Genoa, the old town centre, the fish market, the Basilica, still with the British WW2 shell lodged in it, Christoforo Colombo residence & the magical countryside 😃

@simonahac Chatting with some female workers from India who’d gained scholarships to postgrad courses from a prestigious University in Texas. They loved the course & lived on campus, but in 18 months they never ventured off campus unless in a group. Some of their stories were hair raising

@Law_Girl_ If Australia had ‘disappeared overnight’ the 31st August 1939, would it have made a difference to the Allied war effort ? Took a collective effort to defeat fascism & our tiny population & resources were invaluable, just like they are in fighting climate change. No time to waste
