I'm making a rogue-like topdown shooter rhythm game. Just made a explosive shot ability today. The character shoots the explosive shot when timing correctly on a red beat.
And lots of compact cd monsters! Aren't they cute?
Working on a big mechanic update and I’m not ready to share it yet. I’ll be without my computer for the next week so I’ll probably share something in 2 weeks.

I was in a similar situation. I changed my sleep time routine and started waking up at 4:30. Now I have 2-3 hours to work on my game before breakfast.

The curve and the distance between cards are configurable. So you can choose to flat the curve a bit, or reduce the distance between the cards.

Tried several times with tablets and never felt right. I did want to make doing pixel arts on tablets work, so I can do it on my iPad while watching my kids.

I can relate to this! I’m also not a native speaker. I’m nervous to record my own voice in English. I would love to try one day. Just need to find the courage.
Had a couple of successful play tests this week, got lots of great feedback.
So no dev log updates this week but I have several ideas that I would like to try out for the bullet card system.
Hopefully I can get something to show you guys next week.
