1. What I Ate So this went Mon - Fri (today) and I omaded 300g red meat, 2 cups of steamed veggies (sweet potato, carrot, broccoli) and half a baked potato, except 5th day I fasted (it gets waaay easier after the first 12 or so hours of conscious fasting).

2. Workout I don’t have the time to work out heaps and intensively so I walk half an hour to and from school, and a bit more when I get the chance. I like to do about 10k steps on average but that’s just my preference, as long as it’s more than 4km ish a day that’s great!
