One of the storyline purposes of the Faks is that they’re supposed to be helpful. But they always “Fak It Up” (the lights, food, etc.). The fact that Neil is so adamant about fixing Carmy/Claire is just another example of him trying to be helpful but making things worse.

This season felt like the producers and writers were upset with fans. Upset they didn’t care for Claire (so they retcon her and Carmy). Upset that we didn’t care about star power guest stars. So they gave us more. This season felt like a punishment.

Season Three of The Bear felt like drawing the outline of the show from memory. The characters were there, but there was no depth. No relationships. I felt more during the montages of Chicago then I did in almost any scene.
