Already, there is talk on German X about how to relate with trans people in the future. Some suggest to just ignore them, don't talk to them, cross the street, leave the room etc to not get fined. A law that was meant to provide more inclusion might now have the opposite effect.

We drove 10 hours. Received the keys to our house. Now we're sitting in "our" kitchen, chatting, sipping whiskey. We cannot fathom it. Not yet. We have 1 table, 2 foldable chairs and an airbed. And we couldn't be happier. Life is strange and sad and happy and beautiful.

Do I get aroused when I put on a suit or a waistcoat? No! So I walk a bit taller? Maybe. Do I enjoy the appreciative look of a femme when I'm dressed that way? You get! But all the while I know that these clothes do not make me a man and neither do I want to be one.

Am on a choir retreat in a Benedictine abbey. We are rehearsing songs from the 13th-16th century and it is so uplifting for the soul. Tomorrow we will sing Laudis with the monks and nuns. I am genuinely surprised how deeply this touches me.
