Our city planner is out every morning on a bike by 6am. He’s always on an interesting bike. I’ve seen him turn around before just to pick up garbage in the middle of the road. I think Spokane is lucky to have a guy like this.

The bus plaza police in my town gave me some advice last summer- it was to stop giving money to the houseless.
I give the houseless money any chance I have when crossing paths with them. 5 bucks isn’t going to save their life but it’s a gesture of hope and I care.
Downtown Spokane.
I'm just posting photos without trying to look at anything else on this app. Sharing what I shoot daily has been my way of showing how much I love the city I live close to.
Im not good at responding to people’s praise of what I photograph. Last night on a bike ride, I thought about where I am at and I just wanna say thank you. I hope to continue this and keep growing as a creative.
Skateboard company reached out to me yesterday and want to do a collaboration w/ me to print my images on some skate decks. This is unreal and what an awesome way to show off your art.
I've realized when I post daily on all my social media outlets of Spokane, that is my art show. The amount of people it reaches online is much more and I think the discussions are more constructive. Maybe someday I'll do something in person.
It's so bazar that my worst days I have seem to produce some of my favorite images. I remember looking up at the sky thinking "those clouds are blowing my mind" and then seeing this individual crossing the street, I ran to get this shot.
My friend Isaac from Venezuela has been in the US coming up on a year. He came here with one set of clothes and now look at him- pretty darn amazing. He learned about Spokane from my photos before he came here. So cool.
Spokane is a place where you master the art of loneliness. The reason is this place has the inability to understand people’s pain and suffering- it’s clear as day on the streets I walk. My photography represents this.
