Recruits, if you have the chance to play at an elite camp or showcase with college coaches working with you - INTRODUCE YOURSELF, shake their hand, and ask about their program. Then follow up with them on social media or an email. It goes a long way.

🏀PLAYERS: When working on your game, set goals based on tasks in a specific time period. Ex.: Getting 100 makes in 20 mins, 10 sprints in 5 mins, etc. I hear a lot of guys saying they are gym rats, but never actually get better. Focus on getting better, not sitting in the gym.

The biggest challenge facing many recruits is getting seen. Tape can only take a guy so far. At some point we need to see you play in person. Camp is your best chance to show us you can play! You’re in our gym, doing our drills, learning our system. Doesn’t get better than that.
