⚠️ATTENTION⚠️ proposed amendment for 7 on 7. If the offense goes empty on consecutive plays on the 2nd play the defense has the option to drop 8, or have the LBs take a knee, go 0 coverage and give QB 2.5 seconds to throw to simulate bringing 6 and hammering QB into the turf.

I love using movie clips to get points across. “Clear the mechanism” from For Love of the Game is a great example of how I want my kids to focus on their keys pre snap. Any coaches out there have examples like this?

I honestly thought having my son would soften me up, it hasn’t. It has only solidified the fact that young men need to be strained and pushed past their comfort zone during their development. I hope my son has coaches who care enough to strain him.

State of the Program: It has been an incredible 2 years at Sand Springs. The improvements in facilities and culture have been a labor of love. Happy to report our roster has grown from 66 to an expected 90(+) for next year, and we’re just getting started.
