Teacher/coach Tough meetings will happen with parents. Just because you had a challenging meeting, doesn’t mean you take your frustrations out on the student. That person you’re teaching/coaching is a child who deserves fair and equitable treatment no matter the circumstances.

Tyreece is one of the best defensive players I’ve coached. He is great because he decided to be when he walked into the weight room as an eighth grader. The biggest plays I’ve seen him make, won’t show up on tape. He is an unselfish player and will make his next team proud.

This kid was 2nd Team All-State Defensive Back as a Sophomore. This should tell you he’s a football player. He had the most total yards from any Division 4 QB. Sixty percent of the season, he only played 2 1/2 quarters. Crazy! Congratulations, son!

Class 4 indoor state meet 2024 Finished 3rd in the 55m hurdles with a pr of 8.51(lane 2) Also ran the 4x4 and placed 4th in the state with a time of 4:10

This young lady has worked very hard to clean this weight (85lbs). She has great hip mobility and ankle flexion. There was no reason for her not to be able to do it. She just needed confidence.

Great Weekend at New Balance Nationals. Warhill (WHS) Won the 1600 SMR 3:24.84 Nations #1 . Ran LL 1:48.75 800m for the win. Less then 16 hrs laters ran 1:51.40 in the open 800m to finish 15th out 89 athletes. #NBNationals #VHSL #USATF #trackandField #milesplit
