Wheel barrow walk 5x25 yds

3/20 which means all sets and reps are 3x20. OH squat, glute bridge (10each leg), Superman, Rev lunge, Hand step up, wall sit (60 sec) bird dog (10 each side) SH Taps, pushups. 20-20-20 jog-sprint-jog, sprint-jog-sprint, spring-sprint -sprint=1set x3 sets
