They really did a great job at making the "glow" of Cloud's mako eyes look at piercing as possible in Rebirth. Like yeah those are definitely reflecting more light than anyone else's eyes, i can see why other characters can immediately see it's mako eyes

Aerith gets a lot of those comments, meanwhile for Cloud, what i see more often is that Cloud ends up being dismissed, ppl don't see him as a character, merely as just an empty vessel stand-in for straight men's self insert fantasies. Both are such disservice to the characters
