Remove them from the league. This is why relegation for a developed esports sucks. These orgs come in with amateur players that work their ass off to achieve the league and then an org that gains everything off of them makes the decision to drop them for the orgs further gain.

I’ve been asked a lot how this benefits both parties so here’s the TLDR. College has full team in person, paid housing, food, staff subsidized. This offsets a lot of org cost and allows to have an in-person team which is much easier to activate.
