2 ) Put food in a plate/bowl before eating – Instead of eating directly out of the food box (for example a cookie box), I put the amout of food i've decided to eat in another bowl and STAY AWAY from the container with the rest. Also try to eat outside the kitchen!!

1 ) Plan meals in advance – When i have nothing to do I usually plan my meals for the next days, I decide what/how much/when I want to eat and I go by that: making my *own* rules helps me build a routine and control myself better.

3 ) Eat more complex dishes instead of snacks – Whenever you're feeling hungry, try to make food yourself instead of eating snacks/pre-made food. That way you can control the amout of food you're going to eat and cooking will let the time pass more easly.

4 ) Eat slowly and enjoy your food – I'm a REALLY fast eater, I've recently found out that eating more slowly helps me a lot + I try to enjoy every bite and take small breaks between one and another: it makes time pass faster and the urge to overeat eventually disappears.

6 ) Find out what triggers you – A lot of binges maight be caused by triggering situations, that's why you have to understand what triggers you the most and try to avoid it as much as you can. Take your time to reflect and to find new (healthy) ways to cope with your feelings.
