Went to the emergency room last month. ER doc spent 3 minutes with me. ER room stay was 3.5 hours Between the ER doc, ER stay for 3.5 hours, CT scan, radiologist fee, I received 3 bills totaling over $5,000. This was after “insurance adjustments” My deductible is $7000

Food tip: eggs are highly underrated. Eat a lot of eggs. Eat 3-4 eggs a day. Your body needs it. You get 7 grams of high quality protein, 5 grams of fat, and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, along with iron, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids per egg.
