At the family planning clinic, a lot of women were sharing stories of how they cunningly got their different birth control procedures. They literally had to outsmart their husbands. Some shared stories of how their husbands threatened to get them pregnant to punish them. 💔

My mum slutshamed my sister(13) cos 2 of her classmates(male) walked her home from school&she saw them. Went into a fit, name calling et al, me sef chop inside d smoke. (onto say I carry belle)LMAO! The next day,sis disowned mum until she made an apology. I was so proud!

She's been hypertensive for almost 6 years now. My dad that has been diabetic, living roughly, and generally lackadaisical about his health (thanks to my "super" mom for managing his diet and lifestyle) only recently became hypertensive. (After a major health crisis last year).
