⁃drinking cold zero sugar energy drinks!! not sure why but this just hits different, something with that cold and flavourful drink just running through your body and in to your empty stomach as it fills you with that energy that u haven’t gotten from food
⁃waking up in the mornings! waking up feeling your stomach being completely empty and while laying on your back is it getting sucked in so u can see your ribs just hits different! u know that u can get out of bed and weight yourself and that number has dropped
⁃going to school! going to school is a horrible thing in it self. but going to school while stārvíng still hits different. walking around in the halls being dizzy but just not dizzy enough to pass out… pt 1

it would either be “i had 700 calories today but i planed to have under 500 so now i feel horrible” or “i ate absolutely nothing today until 10pm then i sat down and ate 4578 calories and now i wanna kms”
⁃watching ed movies! this one is kinda self explained, but to watch a movie where u can fully relate to the character just hits different. they are stàrving and losing weight and so are you! most of these movies romanticises it which give u motivation to keep on restricting

whenever people ask my that do i always get stressed and say “no i have actually gained” like why tf do i say that when i’m down 6-8 kg why not atleast say i have maintained to make it a little less obvious that i’m lying lmao but the panic is real

it’s not possible- fat reduction from one specific place is just a lie:)) all u can do is be in a calorie deficit until u lose fat on your whole body which will eventually leave u with a flat stomach, if u want a six pack or marked muscles on your stomach then working out helps
disclaimer: this thread is for edtwt only! for me this is stuff i think hits different on an empty stomach rather than when u have eaten. some of them are pretty random and i can’t really explain them lol, but i tried!

it’s not mine tho so credit to whoever posted it bc i don’t remember lol. but i put it in muffin forms instead of making it a cake so it was easier to control the portions. + i dropped protein powder bc i didn’t have any but probably good to add if u have it

it’s easier physically to recover bc u don’t get all the physical side effects of starving but it’s easier mentally to restrict in my opinion… but sometimes i hate my ed so then it would be easier to recover so like idk tbh

if u have told your friends about your ed: do they also kinda copy your behaviour or talk about them self like they also have an ed out of nowhere after u told them?? or is it just some of mine that do this?
