Please read this thread. This is the most important thing I will say: The other day during one of my unending gooning sessions I noticed some blood on my foreskin. I quickly went to hospital. I got a sore. Luckily for me, it wasn't a serious ill. But the experience made me think

you may think it's impossible to beat your addiction but believe, it isn't. I leave it for a few months last year, I eventually came back because this is just so good, but believe, the months I stayed out where the best in my life since I don't remember when

Here's my thread on advices to leave this. First of all, you have to understand I talk from my personal experience. Anyone has their own reasons to become addicted, so what worked for me may not work for you, the point is trying and if it doesn't work find another way

and not forget THE ERECTIONS. yeah, faping too much causes early erectile disfunction. But after just a month clean, I recovered the vigurous etections a young man my age should have, and I didn't remember how good it feels. It feels great to return to your natural state

In just a month in Twitter porn the amount of sick sh*t i've seen was crazy. On one side, a lot of people with terrible self-hate issues, depression sv1c1d @l tendencies...But there's worst: You cannot follow accounts of extreme BUT STILL LEGAL kinks without eventually...

the amount of views my content get when I used this account to upload porn was CRAZY. Millions of views per month, and that with a brand new profile. I could have monetized my content if I just waited two more months and keep uploading the same shit. But I felt so sick...

I tell you this as a motivation. You improve a lot. I feel more focused, I gained a lot of energy I used to train, I was at my peak phisically. I earned a lot of free time I could spend on more productive hobbies instead of jerking of. I gained a lot of self confidence...

after being clean for more than a month, I sometimes still see on my TL some porn of the sick kind I used to consume, but now it doesn't turn me on at all. Yet, I recovered my natural libido: I get hard again just by thinking of having sex with girls. You can heal yourself 💪

So I'm quiting this addiction. I and recommend you to do the same. I may relapse, like all other times I tried it, because I am human and humans can fail. But I wont surrender. I decided to quit it, and that's all that matters. I wont keep wasting my life destroying myself...

I am really sorry if my content have made you relapse sometime or have worsened your addiction. But I'm a victim too. I'm not here to blame anyone, though. It's necesary that someone's break the cicle, so I'll do it. I'll try to compensate all the people I hurt...

you probably already know it, so I wont repeat it. Are them worth it? Absolutely don't. I know most of you ended up addicted to porn trough a depression and have very low self-esteem so you might think your life is worthless. It isn't. Your life is valuable. No need to waste it

by helping them recover from this horrible addiction. I know all of you ended here after going trough hell as I did. Porn addiction is usually just a simpton of other issues. I can't solve them, but I can help you not to make things worse with the addiction

that's why I choose to quit and use this account to help other people like me to quit this horrible addiction instead. I'm no professional, there's no much I can do, but I'll try my best. Maybe with some time I can repair all the damage I helped to create

First advice: Stay away from nofap gurus. They may give some useful advices on ocasion, but use to be religious nuts or Andrew Tate like scammers who don't care about you, and in my experience, their methods don't usually work. Instead, find your way with the help...

It was a sign for me to stop this unealthy livestyle. Maybe the next time won't be so mild. Maybe I can get some serious injury. I know most of you use to goon during 6-8-12+ hours a day like I used to...That's one of the dangers of doing it...

Once you got the correct mindset, you've taken the decission to leave it. Now what? Stay busy. You need to not let any time left to porn. Focus on your hobbies (even find new ones), spend more time with family and friends, go outside, find achievable goals to pursue

...I know it's hard. For me it's one of the most difficult parts. Try to stay in bed only to sleep. If you can't sleep, find another thing to do like reading a book or watching a movie. If the problem persist, consider asking for professional help

But never surrender. If you relapsed after 1, 2, 3...weeks, that means you managed to stay those weeks clean, and that's a victory. Take your time and ain for a bigger victory next time. But always stay possitive. You CAN get out of it

@eclipseoflust thanks. perhaps some people can. personally, I think it's too addictive, so better to stay away. Plus, I doubt a kink that has a very important element of self-humiliation (even self-hatred) and degradation can be healthy in the long term, but while you don't hurt it's OK

All this may not help you. I know in most cases porn addiction is a simptom or a way to cope with deeper issues (anxiety or depression) If you can't do it for yourself, I recommend you to find professional help. But remember: Porn won't help you, it will only worsen your problems

Sport may help a lot, not only because it helps you to sleep better (insomnia is one of the most frequent reasons to relapse) but also it gives you a reason not to fap, because you know it will spoil your training. It may also help you with self confidence issues

important point. I may develop it later on another post, but porn have altered completely your perception of reality and many of your insecurities derive from it. My own personal experience contradicts a lot of this self-humiliating bs but I still fell for it

the vast, vast, vast majority of white people are not feminized or "snowbunnies" the vast majority of them are normal people living mundane everyday lives. This fetish is therefore not inescapable. No, "white genocide" isn't inevitable. Yes, it does make sense to end this (3/?)

you want to be on the side of literal p*dos? I don't think most of you are really into this shit. You are just good people who ended in this hole for different reasons, but you can get out. You don't need to sink deeper. You won't like what there's at the bottom...

And always remember: It's not the end of the world if you relapse. You will eventually fail. You are human, we all make mistakes. Instead of depressing more over it, use your failures to learn about them. Identify what made you relapse to better avoid it next time

trying to stay as much time as possible with other people is recommended for obvious reasons, but also having solitary hobbies. You don't have to make it dependant of other people. It's all about YOU. If your friend cancels your plans, don't worry, that's their problem...

...maybe it's better for you spending that evening playing video games or enjoying a walk. Don't get mad for things you can't control. Focus on what you CAN do. Another important point: Keep a regular sleep schedule. As I said before, insomnia and relapsing go hand in hand...
