I rarely get headaches now but on Monday I flew from DXB to Melbourne & had a savage headache. I was dehydrated! Headaches are primarily caused by a sodium deficiency - instead of taking tablets, I loaded up salt on my lunch & took 2 sachets of Humantra 45 mins, pain gone 🔋⚡️
