Festival catering charges €1500 down ,they give you two of their card readers €225 you have to have 2 so €450 No cash at all, you can only use readers given and they take 30% of your gross income, Pure greed in large festivals , try support local independent ones instead

Covid has really had some positives Spent quailty time with my ladies uninterrupted by work, Will treasure that time,am very thankful Ive got 3healthy happy girls, School on Monday so back to Dublin, Shout out to Dads out there,focus on the positives n that lay in tomo morn 😅💚

Want sharp knives at home, no knife sharpener, no bother, just do this simple hack. This is how they sharpened the cleavers in the Chinese takeaway I worked in 25 years ago, its not a purist way, but it works just as well, If it's not broke don't fix it #kitchenhack

Fried corn tortilla,pulled lamb leg ,ginger n passila chili , avocado and tomitillo sauce , smoked garlic chimichurri, This little lad been tried and tested the last few days and it's banger combo , Looking forward to cooking this at tomorrow'spopup in Firies #Thedonkey

Lads unpopular opinion, But I'm done with dirty burgers you cant fit in your mouth, Going to refine flavours, I have a few little gems Im going to start testing, just keeping it simple and based on quality #thehungrydonkey
