The real superheroes are the students and families who donated more than $300 to support Special Olympic athletes Lexi and Kymora at their May 5 track meet.
Tonight, the board recognized retiring Board Secretary Jill Coran. Coran has served the students of CCSD 89 for 22 years, including seven years as Board secretary. The Board praised Coran's dedication, organization, and spirit. Tonight was Coran's 100th (and final) Board meeting!
