♡ with this diet you won’t lose 10lbs of fat, but you will lose a lot of water weight and only some fat. she said after one week she felt way less bloated, lighter, she had very obvious weight loss, and a smaller waist. ♡

♡ exercise: in the video she said she didn’t do any conscious exercise, but she walked everywhere she went. you could also do some pilates or stretching as well as trying to get 10k+ steps everyday.

food rules / general rules ୨୧ - calorie limit of 1000 - i can’t eat sugar, fast food, bread, and greasy food - i can eat eat fruit, veggies, yogurt, eggs, oatmeal, and foods with lots of protein - drink 4 water bottles everyday (1 gallon of water)

1. reminder: if you have already binged, you can’t change that. accept that you binged and take this as a chance to start fresh. one day of binging won’t ruin your progress, just like one day of restricting won’t get you to your ugw. but they both can make a difference over time.

7. avoid falling into a binge cycle: don’t fast or heavily restrict if you know it makes you want to binge. don’t eat junk food because you will crave it more. find out what triggers your binges and avoid those triggers so you don’t fall into a binge cycle.

2. immediately after binging: drink water if you can. another thing you can drink is tea. green tea is good for metabolism; peppermint or ginger tea helps with stomach pain; senna tea is a good laxative. it’s also a good idea to go on a short walk after binging
