Just did a back of the envelope on my student debt. I graduated with a debt of $99,700 and have paid back around $12k. But with indexation, it's now larger, at $106k, because indexation has risen in excess of my repayments.

The Voice was the first proposal contained in the Uluru Statement from the Heart (a dialogue in, you guessed it, Uluru, not Canberra), with the participation of more than 1,000 Indigenous people. Albanese was not there. Dutton is dismissing them, as he did in 2017.
