Surrey residents voted overwhelmingly to replace the Surrey Municipal Police in a 1952 Referendum.Surrey RCMP have since responded to millions of calls,many Members have been injured & 5 made the ultimate sacrifice.The vast majority of residents support Keeping RCMP in Surrey !

SPS CC Lipinski in recent letter to Surrey City Manager Lalonde threatened legal action against City staff who disclose any sensitive info on SPS without his prior consent & NOW this 🤡 is now calling for City Staff & RCMP to work with him in an independent audit of SPS 😂

@SurreyNowLeader How on earth does Eby & BC NDP think Surrey taxpayers can afford this insanity when SPS require at least $100Million + for a new IT System & Surrey will loose $23Million pa Federal subsidy for RCMP if SPS ever become POJ ? & these are just 2 of many req SPS capital expenses.

Legal Counsel all agree agreement should have been signed prior to deployments of SPS to RCMP command & control

Back in May/June 2020 Backroom Bob accompanied by Harry Baines,NDP,MLA visited the homes of two prominent Surrey Developers & tried to pressure sell them to apply for appointment to Surrey Police Board - one them was offended enough to prepare a legal affidavit - stay tuned !
