Lemon Balm- This is my favorite herb. I have it growing everywhere. Like other mint plants it can become invasive but since I love it so much I let it run wild. I will often grab bunches of the leaves and rub them over my skin when I'm outside & it helps keep mosquitoes away ⏬️

I made the best beef bone broth I've ever made. It's sooo good. Freezing about a gallon and a half of it. I have a huge pot full of beef stew simmering, at least a couple gallons. I'm eating my carnivore version of the stew- basically beef broth & beef cubes! 😋 Life is good!

We prefer to gift experiences for Christmas and Birthdays. For example, we have 6 nieces and nephews. Instead of buying junk for Xmas we are taking them to an amusement park this summer instead. The memories will last longer than any crappy toy.

I am a black sheep. Not because I'm a bad person but because I chose to break neg. generational cycles. By doing this, I have become a pariah in many ways to people who feel threatened by me. I chose to break the curse. It is unhealthy to be comfortable w/ what is unacceptable.
