Swayman told me the story behind his Red Sox inspired mask. He's a big Red Sox fan and has toured Fenway Park several times. "I got the boys right on the mask. I got David Ortiz, Curt Shilling and Ted Williams. I was really excited to do some tributes to them."

One good coaching decision we might look back on tonight by Montgomery is the decision to send Geekie out with Pastrnak and Zacha for that shift at the end of the 1st period. He won the o-zone faceoff and a few seconds later Pastrnak scores with 7.8 seconds left on the clock.

Montgomery says Justin Brazeau (who was just signed to a 2-year, 2-way contract today) will be in for Jakob Lauko. No update on whether or not Oskar Steen cleared waivers but Montgomery says he was happy with what Steen brought and hopes he remains a Bruin.
