sorry its so long, i hope it all makes sense, im still trying to work out my feelings abt this. but i feel like i needed to say it now, its been on my mind since i got home from the hospital. even tho it was a horrible experience in there, it kind of shifted my way of thinking.

worked out how to weigh myself on the hospital beds since they wont allow me to see the number on the scales:/ not knowing is worse than knowing, i thought i gained way more😭 its still hard to see a higher number but it could be worse :(

the recommended meal plan the dietitian gave me, but im not being forced to eat since up just above medically stable somehow, i can get away with water fasting or omad and they dont care. im not wanting to recover right now.

the doctors caught on that i hadnt really been eating for 5 days and now ive had two met calls due to my heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar. they want to me admit me to the medical ward now:/ i didnt mean for this to happen, i just dont want to eat and gain weight:(

i actually got discharged today!! i got medically stable enough that they didnt have any reason to keep me any longer. and i just had to agree to weekly doctor appointments to monitor my ed. im so happy to be home tho, after a rough few weeks😭

weighed myself first thing i got home with my own scales, turns out i only gained 1.5kg from the whole admission and still in bmi 15s🫶🏻 my brain was definitely overreacting and thinking the worst case scenario😭

the nurses have given up trying to stop me pacing, they cant force me to lay in bed for a week. now i pace for around 3 hours a day, feels good to have some control and movement in my days 🫶🏻

at first i thought i was just getting a medical admission for my physical symptoms, thats what the doctors told me, but now theyre trying to make me stay longer and forcing recovery on me by having 6meals a day 1,700+cals. if i refuse theyd put me on a treatment order & tube me:(

@M0RGANAVALERIA yeah thats truee, and i never really trust bed scales compared to normal ones. plus this is my weight with all my clothes on too so😭 makes me feel a bit better abt it then:)

tried one of these for the first time theyre nice, id buy again👍definitely helps with the chocolate cravings and still low cal
