⭐️ We are delighted to announce that we will be welcoming a school dog to Bournside as part of our pastoral support for students! We have chosen Molly because of her mild temperament and excellent behaviour. She is a Labrador Retriever and belongs to Mrs Lees 🐶

Please follow Government advice and ONLY send your child to school on Monday if you have to, because your work is critical to the COVID-19 response.

A message from Mr Jefferies:
On behalf of our school community, I am saddened to share the news that our much-loved school dog, Molly, passed away over the weekend. Molly, 13, played an important role in our pastoral team over the past two years... (1 of 3)
Congratulations to Ben Dsouza, in Year 13 who has been named as the winner of the Bournemouth Young Researchers Prize for his outstanding Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) research project into knife crime.
What a huge joy it was to see all of our very talented students perform at our Christmas Concert last night. It was a truly wonderful festive celebration with performances from the school's excellent musical ensembles and rousing renditions of traditional carols.
🐶 We are delighted to announce that Molly is now on social media! We will be sharing her daily antics to bring a smile to your faces, and show you the important role she plays within our pastoral team. Please give her a follow on Facebook and Instagram: Our School Dog Molly 🐶

We have had a hot day in the Ardeche today. We have played, relaxed and swam in the river. Then we went to a supermarket and spent time in the local town. We are going on our 2 day river decent tomorrow so there may not be another post for couple of days. Don’t panic!
Headteacher, Gareth Burton, said: “I am absolutely thrilled that our year 13 students have performed so well across such a wide range of subjects, enabling them to make the next step in their lives,” Full statement here:
