@sadgyalbae
It doesn’t matter what the women look like. Majority of men will still fumble and won’t treat them well. You could be Beyoncé level 11/10 and some ugly fat guy will still refuse to buy you flowers and take you on a proper date.
🤣
@queenveej
I feel like this is black culture in general. We are very mean/hard/ aggressive to each other. I hate it. I’ve had to check guys I date. If you’re making fun of me, I’m not turned on.
@ajeeeebbb_
@taamriddlz
This makes me sad. I think when we are younger we put way too much stock into relationships. We have to love ourselves first. Heartbreak sucks, but we heal.
@clarencecooper4
@DontWorryBoutB
Na. I’m all for treating black men well. But he’s not reciprocating her energy. That’s what’s sad. I feel sorry for her honestly.

And it’s so odd you mention culture. I can name about 50 different people and cultures that all feed guests in their home.
You could not walk through the threshold of my house without being offered food and drink.

@Jani__Gee
That’s the only reason to want an older man. They aren’t more mature or emotionally stable or better looking. They’re just more established and have more disposable income.
@RegBlackGrl
@tinashehive
I think a lot of women want to feel like they’re the exception. Like their man specifically chose them because of their beauty or personality or whatever.
But most men have a type they go after. If they break up, he will have another Asian chick guaranteed
@ImmortalKing88
@BrockTheTaylor
I honestly don’t think most men want romance. People seek out and put energy into that which they value.
Some men don’t see value in women outside of sex 🤷🏽♀️ so that’s the only thing they invest their energy into.
@sadlad311
@Lewis31m
@Krssy_SoGreat

I notice men’s profiles come in two flavors:
completely empty or a list of demands and requirements for women.
Neither give us any indication of what type of man they are or who they are.

I don’t think she was mocking. I think she was pointing out a taboo. Also it seems Swedish people lack hospitality if that’s the custom.

I remember when Serena Williams was in the best shape of her life in the early 2000s and people were calling her manly/a man.
@Mhlengi_Gasa_
@martha_amanya
This is why I’m less likely to date men that don’t drink. They always get mean and judgmental because I’m having a beer or two with dinner. It’s so unnecessary.

Activities are definitely a necessity to raise intelligent and well-rounded kids.
It sounds like your boys don’t get to do anything. And that’s sucks.
Also smart parents save for college. You’re setting your kids up for debt in the future if they want to go to college.
@jerriahmariee
@Femescent
Men don’t harbor the same fear of women that we have towards them.
They really don’t believe they’ll be put in a violent situation with a woman.
Of course it’s the exact opposite for us
@lilahh_akuaa
@RaveenTheDream
No ma’am. It’s bad out here. Worse in the 30s. So many of my male peers look 10-20 years older than me. And their d**** don’t work lmao. It’s tragic.
@Hibzster
Most men are like this. Most men want children because they know they don’t really have to raise them or do the hard labor. The day to day stuff always falls on women. Men know this.
@elegantheaux
@Eric_97h
I think men spend too much time listing after sex workers, celebrities, and influencers. The average woman isn’t a gold digger. Most of the people I know that are married aren’t conventionally attractive or rich 😴
@NicholasZa73290
@sauermom_
I think that’s the point. You’re 34 and should be settled down. But you’re on twitter bragging about a “situationship.” I guarantee that 26 year old is not looking at you as a serious prospect.

I know he’s not Israeli. But most Israelis are either Ashkenazis (north/western European) and/or Mizrahi (Middle Eastern). Both are white 🤷🏽♀️

I dated 30-40 y/o men when I was in college. For one reason: they paid for everything. I got clothes, trips, flights, food, allowance, etc. I’d never look in their direction if they weren’t spending.
@gemsunaquamoon
At my old job, I’d work 8am to 8pm.
No scheduled break time.
My managers even pulled me into their office to tell me that my “energy was down.”
Lol really? You don’t say!?
@radseed
@AmeriKraut
This. I coach tennis. Most of my students are Asian. I wish I could get more black children into the sport, but I also have to make a living. And my rate isn’t cheap.
@ask_aubry
I don’t even identify as a feminist, but I’m unsure what men want women to do.
If we say we want to be housewives, we are gold diggers.
If we say we want to work and have jobs, now we are masculine. Idgi
@ChrisDubbs_
@LeciJ_
Because men don’t really want children full time. They don’t file for custody.
A lot of men have kids knowing the primary parent will be the woman.
@lmZelly
@slickjit
The average man doesn’t have enough personality or conversation to pull this type of thing off.
I’ve gotten in cars with guys and they’re just silent. It sucks.
@trishkit31
@baddanadanabad
I’d take advice from a 30 year old woman but not a 27 year old. She’s just stepping into her power lol. She doesn’t even realize yet.
@TheTruthMan101
@SupernovaMomma
Why do we need to teach y’all how to wash? Lmao. Taking care of your hygiene and health isn’t feminine. Everyone should know how to do that. It’s basic.
@tomiflack0
@Bianca17737904
@rachelkayw
I don’t think women can just pick better dudes. There’s literally not many to choose from. If you have any standards or education criteria, you’ve already eliminated more than half of black men from the options.
